This Copyright and Content Usage Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is between Data Science Academy Pvt LTD (hereinafter referred to as "DSA”) and you, a Student of Data Science Academy (hereinafter referred to as "the Student").

1.  Copyright Ownership : DSA holds all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the contents and videos provided as part of DSA’s courses. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, audio, graphics, Jupyter notebooks, live streaming videos (e.g. screen sharing videos captured in zoom/meet/teams/webex etc.) and any other material provided in the course.

2.  Permitted Use : DSA grants the Student an exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course contents and videos solely for personal educational purposes of the Student.

3.  Restrictions : The Student agrees to not

• distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the course contents and videos without prior written consent from DSA.
• publish, upload, share, or distribute the course contents and videos on any public domain, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, GitHub, or any other online platform accessible to anyone other than the Student .
• use the course contents and videos for any commercial purposes without explicit written permission from DSA.

4.  Confidentiality : The Student agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the course contents and videos and to not disclose any information provided within the course to any third party without DSA's prior written consent.

5.  Indemnification : The Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DSA, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Student's breach of this Agreement.

6.  Termination : This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. DSA reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if DSA has reason to believe that the Student has breached any of the provisions of this Agreement.

7.  Governing Law : This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thiruvananthapuram.

8.  Entire Agreement : This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
